Capacities have grown over the years and typically retail Flash Memory products start at around 512mb, with 64mb as the minimum for promotional USB printing. The maximum size for USB is currently around 8gb, but are always being developed and increasing. As capacities continue to grow, we will be adding 16gb and 32gb as soon as they become readily available.
