USB & Memory Card ordering process
Step 1: ORDER FORM

Note: Please insert your quote number into the order form. If we have not already quoted you, then please email sales@amstore.co.uk.
Step 2: SENDING YOUR MATERIAL
Please send the completed order form to us via e-mail, fax, or post, with your:
- Artwork - Company logo and or text for the flash memory product being ordered. (Can be sent via e-mail or povided on disc. See notes below.)
- Content (if any) for Pre-loading / duplication - data can be sent via, FTP, e-mail, CD, DVD or USB

E-mail Address: orders, artwork and preloaded content to sales@amstore.co.uk. Please put your quote number in the subject line.

STEP 3: - PROOF APPROVAL & PRODUCTION
We will send you a PDF proof of your logo, placed for optimal printing onto the chosen USB design or memory card for approval. Physical proofs of the artwork are available at an additional charge. All memory cards will require approval of a physical content proof unless a proof waiver is signed by the client.
Once you approve the PDF or physical proof in writing and cleared funds are received into our account we will proceed directly into production. Delays in approval and payment may affect the quoted lead times adversely.
How to send us your logo or text
It is important to receive your logo and or text in a vectorised form and NOT as a pixel image. Vectorised images can be altered in size without causing distortions to the logo and/or text. Vectorised .eps (Encapsulated PostScript) data can be created using anyone of the following programs:
- Adobe Illustrator®
- Quark Express
- Adobe Indesign
If you are unsure if your logo meets the above mentioned requirements please don't hesitate to give us a call and we will be happy to assist you.
When specifying colours, these must be given as Pantone references as its only possible to print in spot colours.
