Custom USB Design
If you are interested in a custom design of a USB Flash drive and we do not have these in our product range, contact us and we will try and find the product you are looking for. If it doesn’t exist, we can have a custom manufactured bespoke usb developed according to your specifications.
Custom designs may be an addition to an existing USB model that you have seen, or they can be a completely new model based around a unique design. To make this possible, the aesthetics of the design need to be checked and engineered correctly by our Design Team. We will send you images to look at and when you are happy with a design concept, the mould will be created. It takes around 2-3 weeks to open a new mould but then this will become your own private mould that only you will have the rights to use and re-produce USBs from.
We have experience in designing a wide range of bespoke usb drives and custom memory sticks for product launches, promotions and album releases for major record labels, such as EMI.
Custom Designed USBs can be manufactured out of plastic, Metal, Leather, Silicone, other materials (such as Jean) or combinations of these.
Custom colour USB stick: We can also have a specific USB Flash drive or Memory Card made out of the color plastic you desire. We only need you to specify the pantone colour you require.
