USB Custom Printing & engraving

Amstore can custom print your company logo, text, onto most USB Flash drives, USB memory sticks, USB pens, MP3 players and Memory Cards (SD & MMC, CF Cards).

All that is required is the text or image sent to us in the correct format which is explained in the section - how to send us your logo. Printing can range from a single pantone colour up to four pantone colours. The two common printing types that we use are PAD Printing and Screen Printing however certain types of USB may need to be embossed or laser etched.

Colour definition:

Amstore can only accept Pantone colours. If your logo is in CMYK, we can assist in converting this to specific Pantone references.

Screen Printing

Screen Printing is ideal for printing on flat surface objects of any material. Screen Printing uses a technique where the image is created by passing ink through a nylon or polyester screen. Multi colour printing requires the use of several screens (one for each colour).

Laser engraving:

Laser engraving is suited for metal surfaces although can be used on some plastic materials. Where Laser engraving is an option, this is specified on the product pages.

Laser Engraving results in a crisp sharp image and is very durable as the image or text is physically etched into the product using laser technology.
